NavyFCO
Assume you have his on record already??http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=6207 Tee hee... That's one of about a half dozen I have currently. Unfortunately, I have to reference all their new owners as I decided to write this as nearly all of them were sold off! Guest Rick Research
You're welcome to use Colonel Vozhachenko's:http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=1042As far as I know, this is the ONLY "pre-McDaniel" first type 3rd Class out there withOrders BookOrder of the Day publicizing it within his unitCongratulations form letterand...researched REAL citation. (Where DID that come from????? )A search on his name will turn up other bits of his career-- North Vietnamese Feat Of Arms Order 1st Class, etc. I still wonder about his actual Presidium issue 1988 jubilee: http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=1938that shows his FOA 1st and the link to his Afghanistan precursor Red Star. (don't forget the ? in my name! )Also, Doug's Afghan COMBAT OSH3---->http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=2940would be an eye opener!!!!
Digger Doug
Dave,You can certainly use the Afghan OSH 3 info I posted here. In addition, I have research on OSH 3 #2347 awarded to Colonel Nikolai Alekseevich Potanin on April 30, 1975. I haven't translated it yet but can send you scans in the meantime if that would help.Doug
