Spasm Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Gents Just found this lurking around in the loft. Sorry, pictures taken in the dark. Is it worth taking some more pictures in the day or should it get chucked on the bonfire with the other rubbish (why do I keep so much stuff?) No markings that I can see.
Tony Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 I know more about baking cakes than WWII German stuff but it sort of looks old enough to me. Hopefully someone can confirm it but until then, I wouldn't put it on the fire.

Leuchtturm Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Hi there, is a good Souval. 1st pinsetup. http://www.ek1-dna.de/rudolf-souval,-wien.php Best wishes Chris
Alex K Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 I agree typical Souval, these can sometimes be a problem with the purists, Souval made them during the war, but continued to make them immediately post war, with original components so it is not always possible to differentiate pre 45 or post 45 made pieces made for the collector market, a piece made pre may 45 has a value to the purists, those made after may 45 are worthless junk, but as they are identical, how can you differentiate? his later pieces did differ and can be identified
Spasm Posted October 16, 2014 Author Posted October 16, 2014 Thanks Alex, I'm pleased its not a fake. So thanks
sanya13 Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 This is original wartime Souval cross but not the better condition
