The ribbon bar shows that this soldier is not a Prussian, based on the positioning of the Iron Cross ribbon. I'm not well versed enough in the identification of ribbons to say what the first ribbons might tell us.

    Hi Robin!

Is there something written oin the reverse? I haven´t seen a skullhead like this on the sleeve, but the collar Litzen remind me at the Füsilier-Regiment 80. That was the only regiment (until 1918), who wore those Litzen.

After the war they were part of the Freikorps Hessen-Nassau

Here is a photo of the Litzen.

The collar insignia reminds me more of the later Sonderführer collar tabs. The shoulder cords should identify this as some sort of postwar official.

    Chip.

I'm reliably informed that it's Weimar-era Forestry Service.

I wonder why he has the sleeve TK ??

Needless to say, it all reminds me of this ........................  ;)
