Nicolas7507 Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Fellow members and researchers, What do you think about this saxonian ribbon bar ? Is it an original? I don't see any long service awards and this guy lived until 1934 at least. Could someone look in his Schwarzburg/ Hohenzollern awards rolls to to search for an possible ID please? Thank you very much, Nicolas
Uffz. Rohleder Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Saw this one to. But it doesn't look good to me. The seller has also some curious ribbon bars marked as "100% original"
Nicolas7507 Posted December 18, 2016 Author Posted December 18, 2016 Hmm. I think, I'll pass on this one
Alan Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 I would steer well clear, The Henry, AO and Schwarzburg ribbons are a different size from the rest along with order of precedence and varience in sword types.
Deruelle Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Hi don't spend your money, it's a fake Christophe
Nicolas7507 Posted December 19, 2016 Author Posted December 19, 2016 Thank you guys. I was really tempted to bid. Nicolas
Deruelle Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Hi The seller try to sell it since a long time and the price grow down each time. But when you look at the device, none are the same, the ribbons are fake. So don't buy it Christophe
