    Hi Farkas,

but his name is not Josef Lange.

Der lange Josef means the tall Josef.

    Kind regards

    Andreas

    Thanks Andreas

    Morning Chris

    glad you like it....

i had a giant mate, years ago. (b4 mobiles!) When you were out (and got lost) in a club the agreed meeting point was always him. He was never alone. Can't remember his name but he was really really tall!!

    Hi Gents

I think that it is a design from 1905.

Sadly the postage stamp is steamed off which has taken the post mark date with it. Also the back is in pencil- faded -and I can't distinguish the date.

    here's the back regardless

    Hi,

it´s an excuse for not having fullfiled a promise the night before.  What that promise was I can´t make out as it would need a decent scan to be able to decipher more (at least for me).

    Hi,

I am afraid still difficult to read because some of it is obscured by blot and printed letters.

Seems that he wrote to Mr Stein that it was the fault of the train (if I read it correctly, can´t decipher what was wrong with it, though.)
