Ritterkreuztr?ger Kapit?nleutnant Alfred Eick.The photo was made 1944 in Kobe/Japan. The men on the left are the "Maschinenobergefreite Willi Zink", in the middle "Funkobergefreiter Martin Wagner" and on the right was the "Maschinenobergefreite Heinz Guyens". I guess the U-Boat guys had to visit the Sumo Wrestlers and not the other way, I can't imagine these Sumo squeezing through the hatch into the U-Boat Thanks for the ID on Buggisch, the Archiv identified the photo as from U-511.
