I do not see any traces of an old name having been removed or it having been sanded on the back, but there is a possibility that the naming is not original? coldstream Posted December 3, 2017 Share Posted December 3, 2017 Chris, To me the only cause for concern would be that the lettering looks a little large compared to other Stars I have had. The font and layout appear fine and as you say I have seen 'Private' represented in both styles.
