Hi,

Foe the one on the right in Brass, definately not military, I assume one of the many Leiberverein, either as a Fahnenspitze or as a Tisch dekoration for the Verein. the one hidden away on the bottom left was for the flag of the Leiberverein Kaiserslautern.
