coldstream Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 The National Archives have a record for one Patrick William Humphreys appointed Lieutenant on 15th January 1919 which could be your Man, if you search the National Archives Royal Navy Officers records for Patrick Humphreys you can order a PDF download with whatever information they have on him. No surprise he was born in India, since his father was an Officer from the British Army -reached rank of Major. Killed in Action in Belgium in 1914 Thanks again for the link
