This one arrived today. A variation 2, complete with Award booklet to a Filip Karpovitch Chvertka circa 1962.

Ukrainian issue! I haven't seen a matched set in ages, and do not know enough about these to know if they were issued mainly AT the Union Republic level like this, or by more local authorities.

It was dated 9 November 1962 and appears to be actually signed rather than stamped, by the Secretary of the Ukrainian Presidium.
