landsknechte Posted December 2, 2021 Posted December 2, 2021 I just picked up this interesting miniature medal bar, without even realizing that it was anything other than a standard ribbon bar. It's a shame that the miniature medals have vanished, but I'll take what I can get.
Nicolas7507 Posted December 2, 2021 Posted December 2, 2021 Nice find. I also only noticed it at second glance.
spolei Posted December 2, 2021 Posted December 2, 2021 There must not necessarily have been miniatures on this clasp. Some veterans have put the awards on an inexpensive field clasp. here is a piece from my collection The last ribbon on your clasp could be an austrian award.
VtwinVince Posted December 2, 2021 Posted December 2, 2021 Nice converted Feldschnalle, it seems the Bavarians were almost as thrifty as the Prussians.....
chuck Posted December 2, 2021 Posted December 2, 2021 My opinion, looks like a campaign medal ribbon for sudetenland, but i do not collect third riech. Regards, Chuck

I'm not really all that familiar with Austrian decorations, but the only [Austrian] medals that I'm finding that match are a couple of jubilee medals. Is there something else? I assumed it was a DRK / Volkspflege decoration, given the other medals.
Nicolas7507 Posted December 3, 2021 Posted December 3, 2021 5th ribbon: Ehrenzeichen des Bayerischen Landesvereins vom Roten Kreuz 2. Klasse 6th ribbon: I agree, DRK/Volkspflege.
