Whether Civil or Military? What ribbon goes with it. I looked all over for it online and can’t find it. 1812 Overture Posted January 15, 2022 Share Posted January 15, 2022 伪=Chinese means puppet, fake, Manchukuo was made by the Japanese, but not recognized by the Chinese government, so it is called "pseudo Manchukuo", but they don't call themselves that.
