Hessian 1870 Ambulance Cross

Gentlemen, I bought this combo last year on a second-hand trade site in China. During the Prussian-French War. oh! It looks in great condition! Like it was just made. The seller did not understand, he said it was from Prussia, but I knew it was from the Grand Duchy of Hesse.
Just does anyone know what is written on the little piece of paper? I seem to ask a friend on the forum, but again I forgot. . . I waited about half a year for it to be delivered to me!

The securing ribbon was supposed to be intact, but apparently it broke during shipping. . .

The following is a comparison of the ambulance cross medals during World War I, which look like grandpa and grandson

The civil medal cross, issued to women, should be relatively rare.

Very nice, the case for the Sanitaets-Kreuz is fairly scarce, and the KDM case appears to be a matching private purchase item.
