All orders bestowed by the Central Chancellery (The Department who record and compile lists for nominations, acceptances and awards, does keep records, but they sadly do not divulge this information. I have tried more than once to be rebuked. On a different vein, they are very helpful in clarifying the honours and awards system when you pose questions.
