Monster Ribbon Bar on eBay

I tend to doubt authenticity of almost everything I see on eBay but this one caught my eye. Is it possible that someone received both the Red Eagle and the General Honor Decoration from Prussia? Precedence seems correct on this bar? Not for me but thought it would make for a good discussion

Long Service, maybe Officer’s 25

Centennial Medal

4 Turkish Awards

Is it possible that this is researchable?

The Hesse-Darmstadt "Erinnerungsmedaille zur 1. Hochzeit 1894" has a similar ribbon, but I don't know if it's possible, because I don't know at what position you would wear it.

I see this guy is selling a big Austrian bar also in a box. Very weird seeing two like this at once.

There were six active officers in the 1914 Rangliste with  a PAEz1 or 2.  Not one survived the war.  So, bars with a PAEz are certainly possible, but how likely?

It is certainly possible an officer was called back to service for the war and could have had and received the awards.  I can't speak to that, however.

I think, that it could have been a senior NCO from the Marine.

 

I believe, that the green ribbon is the osman lifesaving medal.
