    Hallo Gentlemen,

just a quick question with regards the Ribbon Ring mount, on the left hand cross, is it normal to WW2 EK II Class crosses??, please look at attached cropped picture.

I have never noticed them pressed out like that before

    of the twenty-one '39 EK 2's i have, five

have this "loop" above the plane of the

upper frame, including a schinkel. i'd

pull them out, but they are cased and it is

TRULY a pain in the buttocks to get them in

    and out.

perhaps there is some kind, knowledgeable forumite

who could elucidate which manufacturers did this.

    hope this helps.
