Guest Rick Research
Oho! THAT wasn't very "subtle!" You'd have thought a "Field Post" unit number and a little more... discretion... would have been used! Do you know what the "Soviet Army Employee" was DOING in "c. of Hanoi?" in April 1973, oh my?Per General Oleg Sarin's and Colonel Lev Dvoretsky's "Alien Wars: The Soviet Union's Aggressions Against the World, 1919 to 1989," the commander of the Soviet Military Mission in North Vietnam from 1972-74 was Major General Aleksandr Hyupenen-- and he it was who signed that Gramota. I have NO idea what my "friend" was up to in 1966-- but then, these didn't even use Field Post number stamps!http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=1519
