Oops,I didn't even read your post..sorry David. I just saw a sweet frosty EKII and thought nice Can't make out what the stamp is,the second character does look like a 5 but the cross isn't a K&Q. Dave

I would say the cross is a W&L just because it looks exactly the same as a 100 marked cross,the thing with Juncker EKII's is that I have never seen one marked that I am 100% sure on. If it were mine I would probably label it a W&L. Just my tuppence worth. Dave

Ok I emailed a friend who knows about these things and he said it's a late war Wehrmacht buckle,most probably Heer but possibly Navy. Dave

I'm not au fait with Heer buckle paint but I think it's just a standard army buckle that has been painted in dark green.I'll see if I can get someone more knowledgable than me to comment. Dave

Are you sure it's not really dark green?..it looks greenish on the reverse. Dave
