    1. Hi Dennis, One image of the obverse is insufficient to tell if this is good or bad unfortunately. Cheers, Hubert
    2. Hi John, This is very nice tombak RK Minesweeper badge, so called 'level 3' variant. Here is mine of this type. Cheers, Hubert
    3. Hi Su, Very nice early Schwerin, the catch is fine on additional pics. Here is mine of this type. Cheers, Hubert
    4. Hi, Great Hobacher zinc Minesweeper in outstanding condition! Was really Wilhelm Hobacher located in Pforzheim? I've alwayes thought it was Vienna and WH marked minesweepers show typical Vienna design of the obverse. Here are my WH Minesweepers, marked and unmarked. Cheers, Hubert
    5. Here are two othe Deumer zincers from my collection, both less common variants. First one has standard catch but gilded reverse and the second features less common round wire question mark catch. Cheers, Hubert
    6. The badge on the photo looks like Assmann to me as well. Very nice badge! Here is mine. Cheers, Hubert
    7. And here for comparison is marked zincer 2nd eagle pattern and 1st maker mark variant as well as unmarked zincer with 1st (earlier) eagle pattern, same as on tombak ones. There are seven different variants of Minesweeper badge by this maker and I still miss some of them. Cheers, Hubert
    8. Hi very nice AS Minesweepers! First one is unmarked tombak and the other is marked zincer with 2nd eagle pattern and 2nd maker mark variant. Here are the same badges from my collection. Cheers, Hubert
    9. Hi, That's true I collect mostly KM badges with special attention to Minesweepers. Cheers, Hubert
    10. Hi, Great tombak Deumer Minesweeper with horizontal setup! Here are mine in tombak and zinc. Cheers, Hubert
    11. Hi, Very nice tombak Schickle Minesweeper! Here is mine with the same hardware. Cheers, Hubert
    12. This does not refer to Juncker u-boat eagle for sure Here are two birds from my collection. Cheers, Hubert
    13. Hi Tom, Very nice zinc Deumer Destroyer badge, not often to see with this round wire question mark catch. I have zinc Deumer Minesweeper with exactly the same hardware. Cheers, Hubert
    14. Hi Tom, Both very nice! Congrats! I enclose same variants from my collection. Cheers, Hubert
    15. Got it already on presale. Great, excellent book, much improved compared to German version! Now I like it a lot Cheers, Hubert
    16. Hi Eric, I agree with Gordon and Norm here, very nice early Schwerin Minesweeper. As Norm has said, probably the earliest tombak variant. Cheers, Hubert
    17. Hi Jan Arne, Very nice flat-back Destroyer badge! Pity somebody tried to denazify it. Hope this unwelcome stowaway you've mentioned is gone for good and you will be able to ride your bike as good as before the surgary! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Cheers, Hubert BTW, I thought I ride my mountain bike quite often but never made 1150 km in a year, you must be kind of iron man!
    18. Hi William, The catch is gold in color but the finish has worn away to some extent as you've noticed. Cheers, Hubert
    19. Hi Martin, Thanks a lot for clarification. I can see same analogies between Mayer zinc and tombak minesweepers. Cheers, Hubert
    20. Hi Martin, I feel a thrill on my back each time I see your incredible HK display! Great collection I wonder if there is a chance that B.H.Mayer(?) also produced HK badge with variant reverse setup as shown on my two unmarked tombak Minesweepers?
