Hi, Great Hobacher zinc Minesweeper in outstanding condition! Was really Wilhelm Hobacher located in Pforzheim? I've alwayes thought it was Vienna and WH marked minesweepers show typical Vienna design of the obverse. Here are my WH Minesweepers, marked and unmarked. Cheers, Hubert

And here for comparison is marked zincer 2nd eagle pattern and 1st maker mark variant as well as unmarked zincer with 1st (earlier) eagle pattern, same as on tombak ones. There are seven different variants of Minesweeper badge by this maker and I still miss some of them. Cheers, Hubert

Hi Jan Arne, Very nice flat-back Destroyer badge! Pity somebody tried to denazify it. Hope this unwelcome stowaway you've mentioned is gone for good and you will be able to ride your bike as good as before the surgary! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
