    1. Given the status of all the other badges you've shown I would need bigger pics to be sure on this one. Don
    2. Same technique as all the other fakes you've shown. The hinge/pin/catch are the same as the sub badge so it is probably bad too. The pins on all of these appear to be made from copper wire in someones garage. Not an approved TR technique. Don
    3. I doubt this one also. Is the hinge a seperate piece or part of the badge? Hand cast badges lack the qualitity of a die cast badge because they can't replicate the pressure used in die casting. Usually you will find tiny air pockets on the reverse and poor detailing on the front. Can we see all around views of the hinge please. thanks Don
    4. Sorry, not good. The lack of detail to the front shows it is a poorly cast fake.
    5. Pat, all your badges are fakes. Someone has taken you for a ride. Where did you buy these? Don
    6. I think this might be a casting from an original badge. Better pics of the hinge/catch will tell for sure.
    7. I have my doubts about this one also. Again, better pics are required showing details, markings etc... Don
    8. Those pins are not original to the badge. Can we please see better pics of the markings? thanks Don
    9. Can we see better pics of the hinge, pin, and catch please. It looks to me like it might not be original. thanks Don
    10. He also states he will refund your money if not as described yet he doesn't really describe anything....
    11. Great thread Rick. I love when life is breathed into these old objects. thanks Don
