      Help to identify this medal.Because of the sword and the shield like in Soviet KGB I think it can be connected with the State Security.Simply I am not be able to translate the title in the medal,except of For Merit.Is this medal is interesting for collectors?Thanks for answer.

      A Slovak soldier who flet to Belorussian partisans in 1943.Of course,the Medal to Partisan of GPW belonged to him was only one.Some ribbons of Czechoslovak medals were changed into red. The badge Partisan of the USSR and Chechoslovakia.I have never had the certificate to it,thats why I am not able to show it.
