I don't think that Immelmann ever worn this medal bar in this combination but i don't have any doubts that it is a period bar. Originally this bar was made for 7 ribbons not for 9 and later it was enlarged You can see that all ribbons are sewn with the same wire except the last three. My oppinion is, that on the place where now the ribbon for Anhalt Friedrich cross is, once the ribbon for the Hamburg HK was. When it was expanded (nor really proffesional) the ribbons were inverted. Two different Shaper versions for the Same badge. Why? Shaper use the Same tools for the badge. I don't think there are two version, Expect The Silver and the bronce Version. There are some minor difference between both. I seen several Shaper over the Years but all have the Same characteristics. Sell it to Carsten if He want it. No Need to Be discuss any more. Regards Alex

Maybe i'm wrong but from this pictures i'm not certain. Last year on a show i had a badge in my hands that looks like this and it was not a good one. Some details are diferent like known Shaper pieces. The bird, the leafs and the bow. Maybe i'm totally wrong. Better pictures will clarify all. When does Detlev approved this Badge? I never heard from Detlev for many years. Regards Alex
