    1. The two books that will be added next to Kühls HR13: Dieterichs, E.: Offizierstammliste des vormals kurhessischen 2. "Landgraf Wilhelm von Hessen" 1813-1866 (1913) Moldenhauer, S.: Offiziers-Stammliste des kurhessischen Jäger Bataillons Nr. 11 (1907), both volumes (= before AND after 1866). Dieterichs may not be of interest to most of you. But it is to me 🥳 .
    2. An update: the library I contact in order to get the copies I need for my research, kindly agreed to scan the entire book in the coming days (for free) and add it to its digital collection. There are one or two other books in this library's collection which are rare and I just actually need to get my hands on 😉 Will post the link when I get it.

    4. Good afternoon, Would anyone have access to the book below; Hagen, V.: "Geschichte des 5. Thüringischen Infanterie-Regiments Nr.94. (Grossherzog von Sachsen)". 1894 Berlin, 78 Seiten. I am especially interested in the accounts of the 1814 and 1815 campaigns as well as possible pictures of the uniforms of this era. Thanks in advance. David
    5. Whats in a name, right? So he was a.i. platzmajor of Mainz from 1821 to 1842? Is that something which was usual?
    6. Good morning, Friedrich Christian v. Palmenstein (*1778) was a Major in the k.pr. 34. IR in 1814. I am wondering if there is any way to find a complete overview of his post 1814 career. His pre-1814 career is known to me. Thanks so much Regards David
    7. In 1815 he tried to get into the kurhessian army again, whence he came, but was refused. He lived in the principality of Waldeck for the remainder of his life on partial english pension, dying at an unknown date somewhere after 1838.

    10. Good morning I am looking for the austrian career of the kurhessian officer Friedrich Paul Karl v. Haller. He served in the abovementioned IR from early 1810 and was taken over by the kurhessian army again in april of 1815. Hoping to find anything out Kind regards David
    11. Oh yeah that would be. It is oddly the one I read in my source. I checked and it does say 60 infantry Regiment. I think what is meant 60th regiment of fout (kings royal rifle corps)

    16. The cousin of my greatgrandfather was a german Naval pilot in WW1, stationed a.o. places at SFS Varna. He received the Bulgarian Tapferkeitskreuz IV Klasse Bulgarian Militair Verdienstkreuz Bulgarian Seefliegerabzeichen I would love to get some offers on these as I am trying to assemble his medalbar.
