    1. I found the career details on GM v. BÜNAU at the landesarchiv in Stuttgart. What I was not able to read from there, I was able to find mostly in the Wikipedia article. He was however a kurhessian Major iso Kapitän as mentioned in the article online. Still would like to crossreference it with the Stammliste entry. Maybe someday I will
    2. Good afternoon! I am looking for the entry of GM Rudolf v. BÜNAU in the officerslist of IR 125 (7. Württembergischen) by Niethammer. According to his Wikipedia entry, data on v. BÜNAU is to be found on page 48. Hoping someone can help me out! Regards David
    3. Ah I see! I had no idea about the numbering of the prussian regiments. I am currenty working on an Officers list of the kurhessian Garde Regiment, where v. Motz started his career. Thank you very much for the details! David
    4. Good afternoon! I am looking for the entry if J.R. v. MOTZ in the Stammliste of FR 34. According to what I found sofar, he entered the Regiment 16.05.1816 and was pensioned somewhere in 1820. As he also served in the nassovian army in the 1808-1814 era, he is mentioned in the Stammliste on IR 87 by Hildebrand as well. However not all of his prussian dates seem to be included in the IR 87 entry. As the Stammliste of neither FR 34 or IR 87 are not online and this v. Motz is not mentioned in the online Offiziersnomenklatur, I am hoping to find help here. Thanks in advance David
    5. I can read everything but the last 3 lines. Would anybody be able to read this? Alternatively this link leads to the document Thanks a lot
    6. Hi I would like to know if there is any way in I can get information on Gustav v. Albedhyll/Albidyll (1790-1863) who stood in a swedish unit from 1813-1815 entered as Lieutenant, coming from württemberg militairy service and left for prussian service when he was a Captain. I would like to know if possible when he stood in which unit as well as his promotion date to Captain. Any suggestions most welcome Regards David
    7. Good afternoon! I am looking for the Priesdorf entry of prussian General W.H.E. v. CÖLLN (1788-1866), who started his career in kurhessian service. Any help appreciated! Regards David
    8. Hi! I am looking for possible info on the career of Major Gustav v. ALBIDYLL. He died 1863 and ended his prussian militairy career in the Leib-Infanterie-Regiment (which became LGR 1. Brandenburgisches Nr. 8). As the Offiziernomenklatur at the GSAPK starts at Bor-, I was not able to find anything there. Any additional information appreciated! Regards David
    9. Did you translate the entries in the Entlass-schein? If not let me know and I will se how far I can get.
    10. The regimental history of FR 80 by Dechend is now online https://orka.bibliothek.uni-kassel.de/viewer/!image/1710782407611/1/-/
    11. I did see on some page there was no commander mentioned and v.B. as etatm. Stabsoffizier. As my focus lies with the careers of (former) kurhessian officers, I did not look into this. The GGT are online as well? Or do you have access to them in a library close to you?
    12. Did you find the additional sources online as well? The Gotha and the Handbuch on verwaltungs- und Justizbeamten?
    13. Great, Thanks! Could you provide a link to the source? Would like to add it to my bio on him on my site. That would be his brother. They are both on my site
    14. Good afternoon! I found the complete career of Oberst v. BASTINELLER here. However no data on his ODM. I would like to know if there is a chance of finding these out since the Oberst died in 1850. Hoping for some advise, David
    15. Thats a great addition! Is this from the ranklists as well? He was the son of the General. Although he was ennobled as R. v. Helmschwerdt, the t seem to have been dropped early on. Its not uncommon.
    16. Hi! Thanks for your efforts! So his final prussian odm ROA4 DAK EK2 Could you provide the source you found the details about him? I would love to add these to his entry on my website later on. Maybe he dropped the former civilian part of his last name. His father however was ennobled with the additional predicate of v. H. in 1818. Anyway R.v.H. was the name our later colonel was born with in 1823. Thanks again David
    17. Good morning I am looking for career and ODM on the officer mentioned, who commanded DR 6 in 1870/71 Much obliged! David
    18. Hi I am looking for the regimental history of this regiment, especially for mentioning of the career of Oberst (Generalmajor) Wilhelm v. DONOP (d. 1863) Thanks so much in advance David
