No.3 could be the Prussian Silver Shooting Award Medal for the Westphalian Uhlan Regiment No. 5 from 1906. Preußen tragbare silberne Schießpreismedaille für das Westfälische Ulanen-Regiment Nr. 5 von 1906

Lt. Meyer of Magdeburgisches Pionier-Bataillon Nr. 4, commissioned on September 17, 1906. In this photo he is wearing the pre-war pioneer uniform. On the left side of the shield, the fine lines continue and there is not plain area. Same on the bottom, no "fence". Also beneath the cross/sword, there are horizontal lines. I will try to take more clear pictures.
