    1. I have not catalogued all types but I have about 500 photos on PC with original 70/71 battle clasps or medal bars with the clasps and I had most of them in my own hands - this is not an old type!!!!
    2. Good evening, unfortunately I must say that my "very special friend" from the L?neburger Heide has found a new hobby - now he fakes not only the clasps for my beloved colonial medals, now he has started faking 70/71 battle clasps with exactly the same "110% perfect laser cut out style..." - there were definately no clasps for 70/71 with this style. I am a bit angry.... This picture is taken from a running auction on ebay germany and it is exactly the same style as we have discussed before for the colonial clasps - 100% brandnew fake!!!
    3. I have found him in the rank lists with RAO,LDA1 and the Mecklenburger but I am interested in some more awards of ww1....
    4. here is what just knocked on my door, it is snowing very heavily so I deceided to let it come in...
    5. Hello all, some questions on Oberkriegsgerichtsrat Riese... 1. has anyone his first name? 2. has anyone a picture of him? 3. can anyone give a complete list of his awards? Thank you very much Heiko
    6. I would be with you... it is a pure prussian mounting, and of course - merci bien pour la lecon francais never heard again since school... Paul, great bar!!! Please let me know if you don`t need it anymore some day....
    7. maybe yes, maybe no.....?! Am I right that both red/white ribbons are Hessen? Kriegsehrenzeichen and long service/Landwehr? and the greyblue one is Bulgaria, right? I think for the red one there are 8 million possibilities.....
    8. Hello all, can anyone name the ribbons on this bar please, I am not 100% shure... and please tell me which is the right direction to wear... thank you Heiko 1. this way....???
    9. the 3.Reich civil crosses for 25 and 40 (and 50...) years were given to all the ofiicials of the reich in civil service: post office, financial ministry, all kind of administrations........many people could get it.
    10. The Elefantenorden was an official award of the Deutsche Reich during the Weimar times.... it was awarded about 8500 pieces, given to soldiers who served in the former german colonies. They had to show with their military papers that they had colonial service and then they could ask for the badge - and had to pay for... But it was an official award of the german state. K?niggr?tz and treue Krieger are the same ribbon. greetings Heiko
    11. I can`t say a 100% YES or NO to this special bar - BUT there are several big bars like this on the market (ebay...) at the moment, all the same ribbon style, many of them from austrian sellers.... I am really not shure about these bars.... any comment from the Ricks????
    12. this is mine..... as you said, bad quality but turkish made enameled piece!!!
    13. I have one more question, maybe you can ask your friend... Are all these things put on the walls for presentation the ORIGINAL medals, medal bars, shoulder bords, cufflinks etc of the former owners that survived 2 wars in the family???? Or are these arrangements new made with new material??? I ask this because there is a lot of stuff of each officer and it is not normal to safe all this over hundred years, especially if one of these officers were executed for being involved in the assault on Hitler... I have heard that the orders and decorations of these officers were taken away and definatelynot given back to the family... Maybe we can talk about it... greetings Heiko
    14. I would like to see the big medal bar in some close ups if possible - great pieces!!!
    15. it is the bavarian cross for the war in 1866, the ribbon is wrong, the right one is lightblue/white - unfortunately I have no example to show you at the moment....
    16. No no Bob, the right way is to say: PLEASE RICK - TAKE ME AS A CHILDREN AND TRAIN ME!!!!
    17. OK, thank you.... unfortunately I don`t have any documents of him, only about 20 photos and his awards: medal bar EK2 + Friedrich ; ribbon bar EK2,Friedrich, Hindenburg ; and the Hindenburg as single cross. I only know that he was from Leonberg . Heiko
