    3. Ed, I took your advice. The uniform now has an OPW2, ORS and a Guards Badge. Over the left pocket I found holes for three single medals. So how about a couple of campaign medals and a Combat Service Medal? I forgot to check the buttons. I need to do that before selecting the campaign medals. Everyone, Thanks for your help!!! Doc

    8. Ed, I'll pull it down tomorrow and break out my hand held microscope that plugs into the TV and do some Forensics over the left pocket. Rick, The uniform has five large buttons down the front, a high collar with hook and eye closure, red piping around the collar and on the sleeves plus the square shoulders and narrow "appointed" boards. I'll try to post some pics tomorrow. Doc

    21. This is an excellent replica of the Order of Alexander Nevsky, Type 1/Variation 3. Established 29 July 1942. Awarded to division, brigade, regiment, battalion, company, and platoon commanders for personal and skillful command of their units in action. Small suspension. Suspension measures 20mm high and 29.5mm wide. Soldered ring on top of star-point. Hole on reverse measures 21mm. Some specimens have been observed with the ring made as part of the order instead of soldered. 3-rivets. Without stick-pin. Thanks Stewart!!!     24. Thanks all for the info!!! I was searching ribbon charts for an Order starting with MG. I knew the GC=Grand Cross but couldn't figure out the MG. The nivknames for this Order are most interesting. Again, Thanks for the lesson!!! Doc
