As we see this medal was established by order # 146 on March 25, 2014 The only photo of (alleged) awarding

Actually no official info is available except a couple of pictures on the web By the way, what`s up wih the quality of pictures?! They are like from outer space...

There are two different persons 1st His name and photo is in the Military ID book. Krasheninnikov Victor Konstantinovich He was a lance corporal. Avia-mechanic Same name is in the medal doc. He was demobilized in 1948 2nd Captain. Artillerist (photo was made before 1943) Later photo of him as a major with guards' badge and five wound stripes (photo was made after 1943 +) A group?! Hardly ...
