      Yellow ribbon has these 興亞 - Koa Could be medal from 興亞會 https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%88%88%E4%BA%9E%E6%9C%83 Could be something else ... Two lower hieroglyphs at red one are 力 - strength, power 會 - society

You are trying to compare incomparable Piece that was sold in 2011 by Morton and Eden was a french made piece (most likely by Chobillion) Here it is Take a look at these marks So that is quite natural that medallions are different
