Most likely they were awarded to members of different patriotic/paramilitary organizations, societies, etc. For what they were awarded? I don't have an exact answer Obviously "for some achievements" ... You get that right Frank Push "more reply options" button (it is located right after "post" button). A new window will open in which you'll find (and push) "attach this file" button.
