Prices are down... or up? Try finding a Order of SB - I can only see 3 for sale right now and much higher prices than ever before... which I don't quite see dropping because supply has simply dried out. Curious why this has happened... even on eBay. Can't just be the state vaults which have dried up...

Anybody with a comprehensive overview of orders / medals types and serial numbers observed (and dates preferably!) and willing to share it? Would like to do a review of my collection vs. such a list and would obviously provide any feedback (low / high, dates, pics of types, etc.) if I see things not yet reflected.

Interestingly enough the Partisan badge in Battushig's book also has the source markings "erased" on the obverse of the nut - could there be some "political" reason to do so or just a coincidence?

Just received an unnumbered screwback Partisan in great condition. The nut is quite interesting - it is the same as one in a previous post but someone has deliberaely "wiped out" the legibility of the obverse of the nut for some reason. It is still readable - in relief - on the reverse. I'm always surprised about the size of these Mongolian awards / badges. They tend to appear much smaller on a picture then they wind up being in reality:)

Virtually nothing left on eBay and am also experiencing trouble getting items which I acquired via eBay several weeks ago from the typical sellers (not getting invoice, no mail contact despite repeated reminders, items not being delivered). World has certainly changed the from 6-9 months ago.

Just in, already shown in this thread but still, nice to see a 2nd class pinback and 3rd class screwback next to each other:)

Supply is a bit strange... a tremendous flow of great new items on Alexei's site (especially a "diarrhea" ORCB's!) and at reasonable prices... but for me to simply find a bronze grade Udarnik has proven close to impossible sofar. Either we are all kidding ourselves when we are kicking ourselves that we didn't buy item such and such because supply will continue, or this flux of items will end in the near future and it will then become virtually impossible, at reasonable prices, to fill the "gaps". It's a bit like the boardgame risk... everybody's scrambling for their part of the pie:) Note... if you are looking for some rare pieces, I can point you to a good direction (e.g. first type Polar Star for sale... at a hefty price tag though). Us Dutchies need to help each other out:)
