Is it possible to find out soldier/sailors name with a POW number? I have an German soldier estate and he was POW in Cairo. I have this bracelet with a number. Number is 42324. Are there any lists I can refer to?

This medal bar was recently sold. I was tempted to bid cause I collect Austro-Hungarian medals but I was not sure if Albert cross is original. Also not sure about originality of medal bar. Can you tell me is this Albert cross original and if yes, what do you think of medal bar.

1903, not 1908. Nobody!?

I need info about this cap. I've found info about similar cap that it is 1908 chetnik cap. It was found near Skradin, Croatia and the family it comes from had strong links with Serbian Sokol organisation. I will post better photos when I get it.

Hi guys, I am looking to buy this Double Dragon order. It is part of the S.M.S. Zenta officer´s lot I´ve recently found in my neighbourhood. I already have few portrait photos and officer´s heir told me that he has his Chinese and Japanese medals with related documents. In one of the portraits he is wearing Double Dragon breast and Order of the rising sun 5th class. Can you tell me which class of the order is this? It is obvious this is not a breast star and there is visible mark on one of the rays, where it was hooked somehow . And if it is possible, could you tell me the price of the order in this condition? Medal is part of probably one persons lot of medals and badges I found recently. Owner was probably ex Yugoslavian navy NCO or officer. I don˙t know the name or any other information cause lot was found in a garbage container by local drunk who sold it to me. I assume owner was navy cause I found some USSR navy badges. Yugoslav navy ships also visited ports of Arab countries quite often. I can´t find any similair medal and I think it might be Egyptian cause eagle reminds me of Egyptian coat of arms. Any suggestions?

I am not sure what Krakau in this case means but there were few ships operating in Krakow and Pulawy, on the Vistula river. It was Vistula Flotilla and their assignment was to relive military transport on the railways.

I would like to know more about this medal. There is no info on the web. There are literally hundreds of similar medals on the market. Every unit or ship has one. Are they commemorative(veteran pieces coined post ww1 or ww2?

I have this medal for long time sitting in my drawer. It´s probably fake but I need to ask you, who are more knowledgeable before I sell it as fake. I can say that it is made of silver and it has Russian silver hallmark. I am not sure if hallmark is fake or not.
