The seller of the printed one stated it was for a luftwaffe recruiter. These photos are old and look like crap. Even the colors are the same if the eagle is in black. I like the way it is made - looks period. It could have been a local made item for any number of reasons from field maneuvers to distinguish teams in a relay race.
