Band I covers the Ministerium des Innern 1949-1990. There is another book that is often referred to as Band III but there is no Band III. People using this terminology are usually referring to "Uniformeffekten der Uniformtrager der DDR" Spezialkatalog "Ministerium fur Umweltschutz und Wasserwirtschaft 1976-1990" by Hagen Herbst. This last book is virtually impossible to find. Band II comes up on ebay from time to time or you could try two other ways to locate a copy for sale. 1-Try ABEBOOKS.com; 2-Simply google Klaus Walther and see what happens.
