Right now I dont think I agree with the way its feet and the swastika is shaped. Im by no means an expert and Ive only owned one LW M. 43 cap in my life and for a very short time(traded it for a LW desert shirt) but I dont think it should be shaped like that. All the best, Jon

I am not accustomed to seeing the the type backing material on which the embroidery is placed. Can you please provide some photos of the entire cap, inside and out?

Again, I am not too experienced on Officer M43's so someone with more experience on these should make some more comments.

I think it's Ok..

I've a similar one removed from a cap and the weaving structure on the back is just fine.

There are quite some patterns around.

Thanks for showing that one Jos, Paul asked me about the example that started this thread, and I said that I had two examples

and had probably seen another couple over the past few years, so wasn't really up to speed on them, good to be able to

expand these horizons. Yeah the colour was what had me getting worry lines, but you cleared that up quickly!
