I think the battle is located in the Kuban / Taman peninsula region near Kertsch.

Has somebody a better detailed map of the region?

I love that order. I think that it is a Type 2 Var 3 Sub. Var 2, just like mine(Awarded at Stalingrad in 1943.

These screwback orders all have interesting stories, when researched.
