Here is my best S-Boot grouping. It is from DKiG winner Gerhard Woszek. The grouping consists of a portrait photo, newspaper clipping regarding the DKiG award, his documents (including his pre-S-Boot badge Destroyer doc), and a great photo album. There are a couple of pages in the photo album devoted to his Flottille sailing down the Danube.

Let's see what other S-Boot groupings there are out there!

Erik a fantastic grouping I must say with actions photos just to add. Are there date inscriptions with the action shots ?

Gerhard Woszek born: 09.10.1919, received the DK : 07.01.1944 as Seem.Uffz.

    • As a theology student my professor, a much published former Naval chaplain, set us an essay, saying that if we could answer that successfully we would be guaranteed  a good degree "Which of the gospel writers was the biggest liar, discuss."   I got a good mark, but  don't want to be burned for heresy.   P
