Stogieman
For Merit In Protecting The Public Order Medal. Rare document type, previously unposted. This would have come with a Type 2 Medal (New Coat of Arms for KDS), however my information thus far is that this type of document was only used for one (1) year! Guest Rick Research
:Cat-Scratch: Whoa!!! That IS quite a departure from the usual format!!! Actually signed by the Minister Himself, or a stamp? Got anything else that would identify what the recipient was?

Stogieman
Assuming the MVR Spartakadia Badges follow the same trends as other Bulgarian awards.... I will guess this 1979 Badge is of a higher grade than the previously posted 1979 example?
