Was surfing the bay and saw this pin. very odd shape?

i have seen this on an occasion or two.

i've never seen one with a maker mark,

so can't attribute it.

i'd love to see the obverse.

These "new" type of a "jewellers copy" popped up a while ago at Eb?h.........I didn't liked it when I saw it first and I still don't like it today-for me it's a fake!

I have to agree with Micha. The seller seems to have an endless supply of these and other scarce items like WW1 Naval woundbadges.

I agree with Micha - recent fakes popping up on eBay.

I am assuming, without looking, the eBay seller is sterog62? Imo lots of very nice but EXTREMELY suspect to outright fake items.
