Stogieman Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 These are usually referred to as Combined Arms Badges. They were issued in 3 Classes. You can find the same basic design for Soviet, Cuban & Bulgarian soldiers. There may be others I have not seen. Here's a nice image of the Cuban 2.Kl. badge:
Stogieman Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 And here's the complete Bulgarian Set for comparison. All of these may be of Soviet manufacture...

WJT Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Any difference between the silver and the black tanks besides color?
Taz Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Any difference between the silver and the black tanks besides color? Hi WJT, As far as i am aware of the colour of the tank has no specific meaning. It certainly has nothing to do with the class of the badge, possibly a different place of manufacture now that the Soviet Union no longer exists. Regards Eddie
Paul R Posted June 1, 2012 Posted June 1, 2012 Cuban militaria is not easy to find. I found a great Cuban guards badge a few years back. Great stuff shown here. Lets keep posting your Cuban badges.
