peter monahan
Nothing to contribute bar a question. Is that [rather odd] manner of wearing decorations usual? Enquiring minds [me and myself ] wish to know. Peter
paul wood
It has a lot of similarities to the Spanish order of the Yoke and Arrows (which bore the Falange badge) I suspect it is connected with the falange, possibly he served in Spain at some time during his career.
