I got this medal a few years ago also.

I am looking to see if it is real or fake.

I have looked up this medal on the Soviet-awards website and looked real to me. I wanted a second opinion from others who have more experience with these medals. Thanks for your help.

Hello Dean,

you can post the pictures here and on the other forum. A little remark. If you post pictures, make them as big as possible.

In most cases the suspension and the ribbon is not very interesting. Use the free space for bigger pictures of the medal itself.

Thank you for the tip. I wasn't sure what I needed to show with the pictures. I will take your advice and focus more on the medal itself. I have a bunch more that I would like to post on this forum.
