Seems like a restrike.

The original has a dot pattern on the flat base (background) of the bar, here I see more of a stripes pattern, which is telltale for the fake.

same opinion here..

when you compare yours with the original on the website you refers to, you see that of your species, the 'R' is more round and detailed and also, when you look at the top of each number, the top of the original is not so thick as the restrike.

It's for the men who served on the Easternfront with the Russians against the Germans. They had armored cars with machineguns the so caled "autocanons".

when the revolution in 1917 broke out, they had to leave the country trough whole russia, over America and so back to the front in Belgium in 1918!
