JEANNOT Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 Hello, i would like to show my small collection of U-Boot badges, thanks for looking From left to right: B.H Mayer, Schwerin, Juncker
2dresq Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 (edited) I have always been partial to the Junker style. That Eagles head is, in my opinion, much better cast and more daunting. Nice trio. Regards, JustinG 2dresq Edited May 29, 2011 by 2dresq
JEANNOT Posted May 29, 2011 Author Posted May 29, 2011 The best has been a mix of three, best regards
Erik Krogh Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Jeannot, If one can only possess three U-Boat badges, they should be the three that you have. Congrats on a very nice colection! Best Regards, Erik
Gordon Williamson Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 Very nice. Every U-Boat Badge collection should have an example of the Mayer and Juncker type badges.
kapten_windu Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 wow, very nice u-boat badge collection, and you have 3 of them from different manufacturer and also they all in excellent condition..
M Hunter Posted July 20, 2011 Posted July 20, 2011 Jeannot, These are 3 beautiful war badges. I don't know which one I like the best! Best wishes Matt
all1knew Posted August 21, 2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Jeannot, These are 3 beautiful war badges. I don't know which one I like the best! Best wishes Matt I agree, they are all nice but for me the first badge on the left really takes the prize; cutout swastika, detailed eagle, and a crisp wreath! William Kramer
JEANNOT Posted October 18, 2011 Author Posted October 18, 2011 My last U-Boat badge, another Schwerin Berlin unmarked. thaks for the comments guys Here in the uniform
Martin W Posted October 19, 2011 Posted October 19, 2011 Nice badge. A later unmarked example with the flat-wire catch and a little worn, but still a good addition to your collection. If i collected U-Boat badges,a tombak Meybauer would be on my list. Regards,Martin.
