    both are prussian:

the first is the allgemeines ehrenzeichen. note the

ribbon similar to the red eagle order awards. it also

has the large eye - der grosse ose.

(all the better to see you with, goldilocks....)

the second is the kriegshilfern kreuz, for non-

combatants, and often for medical service/support.

    hope this helps.

Ha Ha, we've sucked in another Imperial victim...... errrrr I mean a new Imperial collector. The slope is very steep. The slope is very slippery. There is no bottom! Enjoy our ride!

...and you need to reverse the medals on the bar. As they are now the reverse of both medals are facing front.

The Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen is mounted correctly.

It does really depend on the way the wearer wanted it mounted and the regulations were given a nod and a wink.

Here are some examples of both medals mounted.

Thank you for the education Joe  There is so much to learn... :speechless1: That is what caught my attention(ribbon simular to that of the Red Eagle Order).

My apologies Ralph. I don't usually do that without attribution. I don't recall how I came by your bar on the blue background. Anyway, the bar I had intended to post as an example was this one.
