I have no idea which Major von Gellhorn commanded Landwehr-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 22 in 1917, so I will go ahead and post it here.

Similarly, I have no idea which Major von Zeschau commanded Landwehr-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 51 in 1917, presumably one of the Saxons rather than the Prussian Walter who was a cavalry officer.

    Does anyone recognice this signature?

The document is marked with what I believe is:

    Artillerie-Führer I.

    Abt. II Kr. 5329/22

And dated 14 November 1922 in Königsberg.

    That would be

Karl Hintze  (07.10.1880-09.10.1954)  mentioned in Keilig but not in Bradley

1922-01.04.23       im St. d. Art. Führ. I  (Königsberg)

    24.04.14-02.08.14   b. St. d. Feldart. R. 56  (Lissa)

I don't think I have been able to identify this signature in the past and being WW1 I wouldn't have a clue where to look other than a Google search. I am not sure if this Generalmajor holds the position of IIc in Armeeoberkommando.17 or in Kgl.Preuss.General von der Artillerie Nr 5:

It looks like Richard von Berendt:
