Mogul Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 (edited) Taken from Wikipedia: The Order of Suvorov was originally a Soviet award established on July 29, 1942 (during World War II) by decision of the Presidium of Supreme Soviet of the USSR. It was created to reward senior army personnel for exceptional leadership in combat operations. The Order of Suvorov was divided into three different classes: 1st class, 2nd class, and 3rd class. Georgi Zhukov became the first recipient of the Order of Suvorov 1st class on January 28, 1943. I happend to have a few in my collection. Make sure you check out this link before talking about fakes and stuff. Here comes the 2nd class: Here is the suspended 3rd class: Here is the assembled 3rd class: Here is the stamped 3rd class. Mogul Posted May 30, 2012 Author Posted May 30, 2012 (edited) Very nice. Can you show reverses? Got me a new scanner and it doesn't scan the reverse properly like my previous scanner did because of the screw, the whole thing gets deformed and very confusing. Edited May 30, 2012 by Mogul
Mogul Posted May 30, 2012 Author Posted May 30, 2012 Can you try camera? I don't have a camera at the moment, but if you need numbers: stamped - 8437, assembled - 1322, suspended - 324.
oleg Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 No, I wanted to see reverses. It looks you have something to hide.
oleg Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 How so? You don't need the answer. I'm not going to change your mind.
Mogul Posted May 30, 2012 Author Posted May 30, 2012 You don't need the answer. I'm not going to change your mind. Then stop the flood.
oleg Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 If I offended you, I apologize. No hard feelings.
