ccj Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Prussian Field Gray Attila for a LdR of Husar Regiment 12. This tunic is named to 12th Husar tunic named to Lt.doc
Chris Boonzaier Posted January 20, 2013 Posted January 20, 2013 Not practicle at all, but optically very pleasing tunics these Atilla. I saved myself a bit of trouble by simply saying, "I categorically dont collect cavalry"... so unless I find a nice one rather cheap... I wont need to buy one ;-)
dwmosher Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 Officer's attila for the Saxon 3rd Hussar Regt. Nr. 20. This unit was raised in 1910, and both their pre-war and wartime uniform color was felgrau.
Chris Boonzaier Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 As noone has been nice enough to sell me one at a dirt cheap price... all i can offer is a photo....
ccj Posted March 6, 2013 Author Posted March 6, 2013 Nice Dave... Nice photos. Its always a joy to see Hussar photos.
Chip Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 I'll post my issue one if the sun ever shines again. Been raining all day. Chip
ccj Posted April 1, 2013 Author Posted April 1, 2013 Chip, I think the sun will be shining a few days this week
IrishGunner Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 My contribution...along with his EK2 ribbon and wound badge. I'm not sure of his regiment however... My notes for some reason have possibly Husaren-Regiment König Humbert von Italien (1. Kurhessisches) Nr. 13 His buddy is clearly from Infanterie-Regiment Graf Werder (4. Rheinisches) Nr.30
ccj Posted November 30, 2014 Author Posted November 30, 2014 Chip, you ever get a chance to take a photo
Chris Boonzaier Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 I saw a nice one dated 1912 at Kassel.... I pointed to it and asked "Uhhh... How M...?" "EUR5000" "Ok Thanks....." But that was OK as my strict "Infantry Only" rule came into play.
ccj Posted November 30, 2014 Author Posted November 30, 2014 I hear ya... Did you take a photo to share with us all?
