Soviet Red Star Order that was issued in 2005

Recently this classical example of red star order issued to the veteran after USSR disintegration in 1991 surfaced at one auction.

It was used as example of such interesting late award in excellent book by Durov and Strekalov.

Any idea of howmany post 1991 examples might have been issued, for example where a batch issued in 1995 and 2005 (and maybe there will be a few in 2015).
