One indicator regards this combination are those two orders with the rosettes - these were awarded higher rank military, diplomatic or civil class. Just regular Clerks do not receive them. Noor Posted September 24, 2013 Author Share Posted September 24, 2013 Here is one really nice standard "wide" track slider ribbon bar from early 20s to a British career Navy man, who saw service at least from 1908. He received Messina Earthquake medal in the end. Really nice, well deserved, "foreign" award to British service men (and many other nations who helped Italy after this disaster).
